Updates
In February 2025, the County hired HNTB as its General Engineering Consultant to manage the bond program. Staff is now working with HNTB to procure engineering firms for project design.
Each project has unique needs, including design scope, right-of-way acquisition, utility relocation, coordination with other agencies (such as TxDOT and local cities), and nearby construction activity.
