This project will plan, design, and construct a new bridge over Morrison Creek and widen the roadway to provide a safe crossing during flooding and high-intensity storm events. The existing low-water crossing includes a culvert and one deteriorating travel lane in each direction without shoulders.

RIGHT OF WAY

This project may require additional right of way to complete construction. Once design is underway, a better estimate of right-of-way needs will be determined.

SCHEDULE

DESIGN: 2025 — 2027

CONSTRUCTION: 2028 — 2029

The existing low-water crossing will be evaluated to determine its capacity and future needs. Design is expected to be completed by mid-2027, with construction anticipated to begin in early 2028. Construction will be phased over approximately 15 months. All timelines are estimates and will be updated as the project progresses.
