Luling Transportation Plan Update

Commissioner Horne, Precinct 2 | Planning Partner: City of Luling | Planner: HDR Engineering, Inc.

Caldwell County is partnering with the City of Luling to update the Luling Transportation Plan, which was last updated in 2019. This plan provides a vision for a safe, connected transportation system in Luling.

The update will build on theexisting plan and incorporate newly collected data - such as traffic counts, crash statistics, demographic trends, and modeling - to identify and prioritize system-wide improvements.
