This project will design and construct improvements to Bridle Path from US 183 to FM 2984 to enhance safety and improve mobility as this area of the County continues to grow. The existing roadway includes a single, deteriorating travel lane with open drainage and no shoulders.

This project may require additional right of way in order to complete construction. Once design is underway, a better estimate of right-of-way needs will be determined.

DESIGN: 2025 — 2027

CONSTRUCTION: 2027 — 2028

Current traffic, drainage, and environmental features will be evaluated, along with community input, to inform project design. Design is expected to be completed by early 2027, with construction anticipated to begin in late 2027. All timelines are estimates and will be updated as the project progresses.
