The project will plan, design, and construct a new drainage infrastructure and roadway improvements at Dry Creek to provide a safe crossing. The existing low-water crossing includes a single narrow, unpaved, and deteriorating travel lane without shoulders.

The existing low-water crossing will be evaluated to determine its capacity and future needs. Design is expected to be completed by mid-2026, with construction anticipated to begin in early 2027. Construction will be phased over approximately 12 months. All timelines are estimates and will be updated as the project progresses.
